You have probably tried things before.
The programme that promised transformation and delivered a lot of information you already knew. The workshop that was genuinely good but somehow did not quite reach whatever was underneath. The healing modality that helped a bit, and the one after that which also helped a bit, and the creeping sense that you are accumulating tools without actually shifting the thing.
I know that experience. I have been in it.
So when I tell you that the 2-week Midlife Reset is different, I want to explain exactly what I mean by that. Not because I want to sell you something. Because I think you deserve to know what you are walking into before you decide if it is for you.
What It Is Not
It is not a course where you sit and absorb information for two weeks and then go away and try to implement it on your own.
It is not a retreat where you feel amazing for a few days and then return to your normal life and slowly slide back to where you started.
It is not a mindset programme. We are not working at the level of thoughts and beliefs. If that were enough, you would already be there. You are a smart woman. You know what you need to do. The block is not in your thinking.
And it is not a list of things to add to your already overloaded to-do list.
What It Actually Is
The Midlife Reset is two weeks of live, online sessions where we work directly with your body, your nervous system and your energy system.
Not around them. With them.
We use Energetic Body Intelligence. EBI, which works through the body's own intelligence to identify and clear what is stored at the energetic level. The trapped emotions. The inherited patterns. The nervous system responses that were set up years ago and have been running quietly in the background ever since.
We also use muscle testing, which sounds strange until you experience it and then it makes complete sense. The body has an intelligence that goes far beyond what the conscious mind can access. Muscle testing gives us a way to ask it directly what is going on and what it needs.
And we work on the nervous system, helping it find safety, helping it regulate, helping it come out of the survival mode that it has been stuck in for longer than you probably realise.
All of it live. All of it real. All of it done together, in a group of women who are navigating exactly the same season of life as you.
What We Cover
Week one focuses on the nervous system and relationships. How your nervous system has been shaped by the relationships in your life, what it has been storing on their behalf, and how to begin clearing what does not belong to you. We start here because everything else sits on top of this foundation. Until the nervous system has some safety, nothing else shifts the way it needs to.
Week two moves into money and the body. The energetic blocks around money, worth and receiving that most women do not even realise they are carrying. And the body itself, what it has been storing, where it has been holding the weight, and what becomes possible when those layers start to clear.
That is the shape of it. Though I will say this honestly: because this is live, I pay attention to the group and we jig things around to work with what is coming up in the room. The outline is the map. The actual journey depends on who is in it and what they need. That is one of the things that makes live work so different from a recording.
Each session builds on the last. Nothing is random. And the live element matters, being in the room, even a virtual one, with other women doing the same work creates something that a recording simply cannot replicate.
What Women Tell Me Afterwards
I want to share some of what I hear after women go through this, not to impress you but because I think it gives you a sense of what is actually possible.
The sleep changes. This one comes up more than almost anything else. Not because we do a sleep module but because when the nervous system settles, sleep follows naturally.
The shoulders drop. Literally and figuratively. Women tell me they noticed their posture had changed, that they were carrying themselves differently, that the physical tension they had stopped noticing because it had become background noise had quietly released.
The reactions change. Old triggers that would have sent them into hours of anxiety or days of guilt or weeks of rumination simply stop landing the same way. Not because they have suppressed anything, because the stored energy underneath the reaction has cleared.
And something harder to name but unmistakable when you hear it described. Women say they feel more like themselves. The real themselves. The one that was always there underneath all the performing and managing and surviving.
That is what I am trying to give you access to.
Who This Is For
It is for you if you have been in some version of survival mode for longer than you care to admit.
It is for you if you know something needs to shift but the usual approaches have not quite reached it.
It is for you if midlife has brought things to the surface, old patterns, unexpected emotions, a body that has started having very strong opinions, and you want support in working with it rather than pushing through it.
It is for you if you are exhausted in the way that goes deeper than sleep and you are ready to find out what is actually underneath that.
It is not for you if you are looking for someone to tell you what to think or how to feel. This work asks you to show up as you are and trust the process. That is genuinely all it requires.
Come As You Are
This is the part I most want you to hear.

You do not need to have done this kind of work before. You do not need to understand energy healing or believe in it wholeheartedly going in. You do not need to have your life sorted or your reasons organised or a clear sense of exactly what you want to shift.
You just need to show up. Your body will do the rest.
